1400 - Team Race Scrutineering
1415 - Team Race Begins
1700 - Presentations and Close
Entry Fees
£15 for both Individual and Team events
£10 per either Individual or Team event
Individual Race - standard S32 format of 4x3m* heats followed by Clubman and Overall Finals of 3m* with lane choice.
Note - if numbers dictate, each racer will do 2 of their heats consecutively so you will run 2 sets of 2 heats.
Team Race - 4x15m* segments
* Race durations may be changed depending on numbers.
Stewards for the meeting will be announced on the day
Tea & Coffee available all day FREE
Cold drinks and snack bars available at a small fee
Sadly, there will not be a barbecue this year so bring your own lunch
RESPECT
Everyone must treat others with respect regardless of disability, race, sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, gender reassignment, pregnancy and maternity, religion, sex and age.
EQUIPMENT
Must be treated with respect and any damage rectified and if repair is not possible, report to the committee.
ABUSE
Both verbal and physical abuse will not be tolerated.
DISPUTES
Any disputes that arise must either be settled outside the clubroom at the time then may be escalated to the meeting stewards.
